Our aim is to ensure the service of legal documents to the right person, at the right time in the right way.

Whether you are a legal professional, a business or private individual; whether a regular client or having a one-off process serving requirement; we will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service at a competitive price.

We will inform you as soon as we receive your documents and input your task onto our unique purpose built management system. We will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your instruction.

We can offer and provide conduct money or travelling expenses either by cheque or cash if you so instruct us.

Upon successful service of your documents we will provide a statement of service, certificate of service or affidavit as necessary in the correct format which has been checked and prepared to our own standardised format.

Despite our best efforts, our resources and experience, we are still faced with evasive debtors and people that assist them by telling lies or withholding information. Although this type of behaviour may delay the process, it won’t stop it. The courts recognise these problems and, provided the process server produces a proper case for alternative service, they are likely to support the request. In almost all cases we are able to secure sufficient evidence for the court to grant an order for substituted service.

The process therefore continues and there are only three possible outcomes

  • Positive result

  • Negative result with evidence to support further application for alternative methods of service

  • Negative result with full report

Negative cases are unusual, but do arise from misinformation, outdated information and fraud. Our investigation wing is here to provide support and can assist by carrying out trace enquiries and detailed research to identify the whereabouts and status of the person sought.

All reasonable attempts will be made to serve personally before progressing to alternative and legally acceptable methods.

Where service cannot proceed because of the unknown whereabouts of the respondent, trace enquiries will not be commenced without prior authority of our clients.

If a trace enquiry is anticipated at the outset, we can agree a trace and serve fee, which would attract a discount.
